We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—we will accept, for return, refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 60 days of the order ship date or purchase date (in store).

Exchanges

You can return most merchandise purchased online from ColumbusExplorers.Shop to Br. Kevin’s Store on campus.

Do the following:

  • Go to campus and in to Br. Kevin’s Store
  • Bring the item in the package it was delivered in and either your shipping confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) OR the original credit card used for purchase to the store. Return shipping is at your expense. The school’s online store is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.

Sale Items

All sale items are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible to be returned.
