We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—we will accept, for return, refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 21 days of the order ship date or purchase date (in store).
You can return most merchandise purchased online from ColumbusExplorers.Shop to Br. Kevin’s Store on campus.
Do the following:
- Go to campus and in to Br. Kevin’s Store
- Bring the item in the package it was delivered in and either your shipping confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) OR the original credit card used for purchase to the store.
- Tell a sales associate that you want to return the item you purchased from the online store.
NOTE: For items marked "Online Only", merchandise must be returned by mail to the fulfillment center.
How-to return for refund by mail:
- Email email@example.com to notify the store of your return.
- Package your item(s) securely.
- Please include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your return.
- If you do not have this information, simply include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be identified.
- Return shipping is at your expense. The school’s online store is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
- Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
- Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your refund is issued.
***Due to COVID-19 and the nature of gaiters and face masks being worn on the face, we are not accepting any returns on these items***
For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order or return it to Br. Kevin’s Store (with your shipping confirmation email [printed or on mobile device] OR the original credit card used). Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
All sale items are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible to be returned.
